Who do your programs serve?
Most of the people that participate in our programs have a diagnosis of intellectual disability and/or autism. Other conditions may include brain injury, neurological disorders, and other developmental disabilities.
Where are your programs located?
Our group homes are in Chester and Delaware Counties. Our employment training and adult day services programs, as well as our administrative offices, are located at 757 Springdale Dr. Exton, Pa. 19341
What about funding?
Our services are paid for by different sources. The most common is a county MH/Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities office. Depending upon the services provided, other funding sources may include families. Our programs also benefit from the generous support of numerous foundations, corporate grants, and contributions from civic groups and individuals.
How does someone access your services?
When financial assistance is needed, we suggest that you contact your county MH/MR office and express your interest in the specific Brian’s House service. A case manager will get the ball rolling; we receive lots of referrals from these county agencies. When a family is able to pay for services privately, we can be reached directly at 610.399.1175.
What about donations and tax exemptions?
We appreciate your consideration! All contributions are tax deductible; Brian’s House is a non-profit organization that is a state-registered charity. All contributions, unless otherwise specified by the donor, are used for special projects and the capital fund.
For United Way Donor Designated gifts, use PA ID#1007; DE ID#1432
Thank you!
