Stephanie Farrow

Stephanie is a human services professional with more than 20 years of experience in the field. In 2026, she was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Brian’s House, following a successful tenure as Residential Director, where she launched more than 25 new programs and helped drive significant organizational growth. She also served as Director of Lifesharing, leading one of the agency’s fastest-growing programs. Stephanie is Co-Chair of the Southeast Region Lifesharing Coalition and has been a member of the Brian’s House leadership team since 2015. She began her career in human services in 2001 as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), giving her a unique perspective on service delivery and organizational leadership. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Albright College and a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Leadership and Health Management from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
