Joe is an honors graduate of West Chester University, having earned his BSW from the School of Social Work in 1990. He was one of the three inductees in the university’s initial class inducted into Phi Alpha, the National Social Work Honors Society. Joe has worked within the human services industry for over 3 decades and came to Brian’s House in 2000. He has been an integral part of the agency’s growth since his arrival, having opened over 30 programs. He currently acts as one of two Residential Directors for the agency, overseeing 38 programs and serves on the agency’s senior leadership team.
