Brian's House Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides residential, vocational and professional services to adults and children with developmental disabilities.

We are always looking for hard working individuals to work in our residential programs and our adult day and vocational training facility.

Our Direct Care Counselors are the heart of the organization. They provide direct and personal care for our clients in the residential group homes; assisting them with grooming, medical administration, transportation of clients to and fro and implementing other daily activities. The shifts for this position are:

1st shift	7am - 3pm
2nd shift	3pm - 11pm
3rd shift	11pm - 9am

These positions are at our residential homes spread across Chester County in Pennsylvania. Most of the residential programs are located in Downingtown, West Chester and the Coatesville area.

We also have openings for Instructors who work at our vocational and recreational facility, Brian's House Enterprise in Downingtown, PA. The shift for this position is Mon-Fri: 8am - 4pm. Instructors are responsible for implementing daily activities for a designated work group at the day program serving mentally and/or physically challenged adults.

All applicants are required to have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid and current Drivers License and reliable transportation. They must also be able to attend a one-week new hire orientation training program.
