Donations

Over the years, the children and adults served by Brian's House have benefited from the generous support of our partners in the Brian's House community of caring. Through their donations, individuals, foundations, and businesses have all made a tangible difference in the lives of people with disabilities.

Financial gifts, unless otherwise designated, are applied toward special projects and capital needs, including equipment, repairs, and renovations in residential, vocational, and recreational programs.

We also raise funds for two important 'scholarship' programs:

  • The Camp Joy Campership Fund provides camp fee aid to economically disadvantaged individuals (ages 6-Adult) who have a developmental disability. This highly specialized, fun, and action-packed recreational program features outdoor adventure and personalized care; it also provides family members with a well-deserved break.
  • The BHE Vocational Fund enables local high school graduates and other adults with disabilities to participate in our comprehensive employment training program. BHE (Brian's House Enterprises) features practical job skill training, employment placement services, as well as customized job coaching. The goal is to support each person's success in community-based competitive employment.

All donations are tax deductible and are acknowledged with a letter for tax purposes. Brian's House, Inc. is a non-profit, charitable organization. Verification may be obtained from the PA Department of State by calling toll free (in PA) 1-800-732-0999.
